Everyone has a terrific bedside manner, and Dr. Holly does beautiful work.
From start to finish EVERYONE was so nice and kind to me. Everyone from the receptionists to Dr. Holley was top notch! Ashley did a great job of getting the surgery scheduled and answering all the questions I had before my procedure was even scheduled. Then Dr. Holley was very professional and did a wonderful job. He paid very good attention to detail and answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. Susan and Davina have been absolutely amazing at each post op appointment. Any time I called with questions they made me feel so welcome and were so kind. Davina especially always went above and beyond to answer my questions! Elizabeth has been great as well! She was always so welcoming and very sweet. She has always been a great resource when I had a question and always made me feel comfortable and at ease with any concerns I had. Overall the experience was just amazing and that is thanks to the wonderful people who took such good care of me. I honestly have felt like family every time I went in to have an appointment! I would recommend West Michigan Plastic Surgery to absolutely anyone and everyone they were just amazing!!!!

After the consultation, I started researching more about the procedure and a lot of questions came up and we could keep a very good communication about it afterwards, which made me feel safer and supported. The doctor's team is very careful, and this will count a lot about my decision process.
Office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Holley is a great doctor and made me feel comfortable through the entire process. My results so far are incredible. I'm very happy. The surgery center check out was rough. I felt like the minute I came out of anesthesia, I was rushed out. They rebandaged me because one of my incisions was bleeding onto the floor, then wheeled me to my car. My spouse was pretty scared and was concerned about the state I was in. When we got home we followed the typed recovery instructions that were given and texted the office with questions or concerns during my recovery. The office was prompt with responses.
Both Stephanie and Elizabeth are very knowledgeable and friendly. My skin looks great!
Stephanie was so great at explaining the different laser procedures and their benefits so that I could choose the right one to help me achieve my skin care goals. My results exceeded my expectations and I anticipate even more progress as I continue with facials and maintenance treatments.
Nice, clean facility . The staff over all were extremely polite . Dr. Holley and his assistant Ashley did a great job at explaining and helping me to determine what I needed by listening to what I was looking to get done. I was expecting to be months out in able to get my procedure done but I was able to book it for the following month. I do admit I was a little taken back by the fee for the facility where my procedure will take place which is different from my initial consultation but after talking to a few friends and my family doctor, they helped me to realize that it’s all about being safe and in a place that will have everything accessible to them, god forbid something goes wrong. Better to be safe than sorry.
