You can resume your daily routine immediately after CoolSculpting® without downtime. However, some mild soreness, numbness, swelling, or bruising is normal. Most side effects should subside within a few days. You may want to avoid vigorous exercise for the first day or two. It may take a few weeks for all swelling to resolve.
