I originally emailed for pricing and was instantly given a call to discuss. The receptionist was really friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me set up a consultation for the next day, I was lucky there was a cancellation so I was able to get right in. I arrived, the office was so cute and clean. Everyone was so nice and friendly, even the other women waiting for a service. Elizabeth Knapp was my injector for lip filler. She was so welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. This was my first time with any lip fillers or being in a plastic surgery office so she made me feel very comfortable and was fun to chat with. She answered all my questions with detail and was gentle while injecting me. She didn’t rush through at all but felt like I was done within minutes. She definitely knows how to make a girl feel beautiful. I would highly recommend her and this place. Customer service was great and the experience was not as scary because of how Elizabeth made me feel. Thank you West Michigan Plastic Surgery and Elizabeth !!

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The doctor took time to explain the procedure, and the appointment didn't feel rushed at all.

The consultation can make an individual feel vulnerable. I felt very comfortable in the office as well as with all of the professionals I encountered. I feel that we have a great plan in place. Financing is an issue for me and I felt comfortable discussing the process of being able to personally finance the procedure. I’m very happy with the arrangement and as much as I wish I could have the procedure done now, I’m happy that I can work with the office to prepare enough ahead of time to make sure it will happen.
From the receptionist to the dr, everyone on Dr. Holly's staff was wonderful and down to earth and answered all my questions.
