Expect Nothing But the Best

At West Michigan Plastic Surgery, Dr. Scott Holley and his team take great pride in providing their patients with the most cutting-edge technology from the moment you walk in for your initial consultation until you leave your final follow-up appointment.

Vectra® 3D Imaging: See Your Results Ahead of Time

Dr. Scott Holley now provides his patients with the benefit of Vectra 3D technology. Using the Vectra XT 3D system, Dr. Holley is able to show patients simulated results of their breast, body, or face procedures. Vectra captures ultra-high-resolution 3D images that you and Dr. Holley can adjust and enhance to accurately simulate different aesthetic procedures, such as breast augmentation, liposuction, or nose surgery. This way, you can see the possible results of your desired procedure before your surgery.

Vectra allows Dr. Holley the ability to change the shape, size, and position of the treatment area. He is able to change the look of your nose, the size of your breasts, and even target stubborn areas of fat. This way, he can fine-tune and personalize your surgical procedure to truly match your unique goal outcome.

While Vectra can effectively show realistic outcomes, it is important to realize that the 3D renderings are not intended to be exact. These simulations are intended as an effective tool to help achieve optimal outcomes, however, the results shown will not be 100% accurate.

VISIA® Complexion Analysis

The all-new 7th Generation VISIA Complexion Analysis System delivers a significantly improved experience for aesthetic and skin care consultations. A newly designed capture module rotates smoothly around the patient, greatly simplifying the imaging process while providing greater comfort for the patient. Updated software allows faster image capture with automatic skin type classification, refined facial feature detection, and more.

IntelliFlash®, cross-polarized and UV lighting are used to record and measure surface and subsurface skin conditions. UV photography provides the most complete data set available for sun damage assessment and analysis, including UV fluorescence imaging to reveal porphyrins.

Canfield’s RBX® Technology separates the unique color signatures of red and brown skin components for unequaled visualization of conditions such as spider veins, hyperpigmentation, rosacea, and acne.

The Visia Complexion analysis is a powerful tool that allows each patient to see their skin’s current condition, and to allow meaningful comparison of skin condition and appearance before and after treatments.

Sciton Laser Skin Treatments

The Sciton Joule laser platform is known for its array of incredibly effective laser and light treatments that provide patients with natural and stunning results. Dr. Scott Holley and the team at West Michigan Plastic Surgery offer some of Sciton’s most popular treatments for men and women who are wanting maximum results with minimal downtime.

West Michigan Plastic Surgery offers the following Sciton Joule laser treatments:

Body Contouring Technology

CoolSculpting®

Are you struggling to trim away those last few inches – to burn off the last several pounds of stubborn fat? You’re not alone. Unwanted, diet and exercise-resistant fat is one of the most common complaints men and women have about their bodies. With CoolSculpting, men and women can achieve slim, well-contoured physiques that complement their healthy lifestyles. The fat freezes away – all without a single incision being made. In addition, we provide a Z Wave boost at no additional cost which has been shown to enhance results up to 20%!

Z Wave for Cellulite Reduction

The Zimmer Z Wave Pro transmits powerful sound waves into the tissue. The energy then spreads out radially to enhance the treatment effect. The body responds to the Z Wave Pro sound waves with increased metabolic activity in the form of lymphatic drainage and increased blood circulation. The end result is an improvement in the appearance of cellulite and other body contouring procedures.

DIVA®

A woman’s body undergoes a variety of profound changes as she ages, including in intimate areas. Vaginal tissues can become stretched, dry or inflamed, leading to lower levels of self-esteem, lack of intimacy and even physical pain. Further decline in vaginal health may occur as a result of vaginal childbirth, menopause and medical events such as hysterectomy or chemotherapy. The diVa treatment is a quick and effective procedure that revitalizes vaginal tissues to address a woman’s most intimate wellness needs with minimal discomfort or downtime.
